The document header is the very first part of a file and has to be present.

-----------------------------------------
Document Title (Map Title)

The very first line of a document, with a line of at least 4 equal signs below, is interpreted as the document title:

   This is the Document Title
   =====

The main document title should clearly state the content of the document (as a map title, used for the title tag and therefor for the window title of an HTML page).

-----------------------------------------
Subtitle

A subtitle can be given as a separate line directly below the document title (first line of the document):

   This is the document title
   This is the document subtitle.
   =====

The line of equal signs terminates the title/subtitle combo.

Meta Data

   ???

Alternatively, a marked intro (->"-- Content Modules") is used for the HTML description.
